Goodbye Susan!!

id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5465244143549218882" />
My cute little sister, who is not so little, is finally going abroad! She is going to go to Italy with UVU study abroad! We are soooooooo jealous. We have the travel bug so badly right now. (PS isn't this a cool picture? Yes. I took it!!)
I made her a little stash before she goes. I hope she doesn't see this post before I get this to her via snail mail.
A laundry bag. Always handy. She loves to decorate T-shirts, so maybe she can do something to spice up this bag. As for me, I like it plain.
I made this cute little zipper bag with waterproof lining. I originally got one from a friend when I had Madeline was born. It's handy for wet baby clothes, but I use it for everything including packing contact solution and things that leak. And isn't this fabric to die for? She will love it!
A necessity. A cute little luggage tag that matches the zipper bag. You can get the tutorial at the skip to my lou blog.

Then I had to make some puppets for our trip to Oregon today.
Felt paper doll, she has lots of outfits and different hair! It was so fun and so easy!

These are supposed to be the 5 little monkeys. haha! I am not talented in making things look like people/animals. can you tell? Well, they will work for a 2 year old!
This is what MJ did while I sewed all day! Painting bobble heads!! They were $2 at JoAnn's and so much fun!

So cute! And that is the first picture I have seen of Susan up close! She's follows after her sister-beautiful! I'm jealous too! I want to go to Italy! How long will you be in Oregon? Your monkey glove is cute. They all look like monkeys except the one that looks like a bear! Hey, you could do Goldie Locks and the Three bears, plus some random person...little red riding hood maybe? Okay, not such a great idea, but I loved all the stuff you made! You are very talented!

Holy Crap! You've got some mad skillz on all those crafties! Once again, you have inspired me to break out that sewing machine I BEGGED Brady to give me for Christmas a few ago, and learn how to use it!

You are so crafty! Way cute stuff here!

In response to my blog - haha that's funny that you'd use me as an excuse to see a movie! Funny enough we just went and saw Iron Man 2 tonight and I didn't really like it either. I liked the first one, but not the sequel, so I'd still give the first one a shot even though you didn't like the sequel. ;) Ohhhh... I miss you guys!!! :(

You are so stinking creative! Wow! When I have a spare minute, I watch a BBC mini-series. When you have a spare minute, you create enough fabulous stuff to fill a craft store! I'm impressed!
